All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

Shipping Partners: We work with trusted logistics partners such as Royal Mail, DHL, and UPS.

Delivery Time: 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Options within the UK

Standard Shipping (2-7 business days): Free Shipping

Express Shipping (1-3 business days): £5

 

3. European Union Shipping

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom via logistics partners such as Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, or others, depending on the destination.

EU Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (3–10 business days): £13

Express Shipping (3–5 business days): £23

Customs & Duties:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Neightiv is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

 

4. International Shipping

Orders outside the UK and EU are fulfilled through trusted international partners such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

International Shipping Options

Standard International Shipping (7–14 business days): £39

Express International Shipping (5–7 business days): £42

Customs & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email/SMS.

You can track your order using the link provided in the shipping confirmation message.

6. Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.

We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Delays and Exceptions

While we aim to deliver within the mentioned timeframes, delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or unforeseen issues.

We will do our best to notify you in case of any unexpected delays.

8. Delivery After Exchange

Delivery time frame after initiating an exchange is-
3-7 business days for the United Kingdom
7-14 days for International orders.
