Cancellation Policy

Overview

Our Exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Custom scarves are not eligible for exchange or store credit. For further information, please head to the exchange policy page.

Refunds

There are no refunds given on items initiated for exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your item.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, if the desired item is not available, a store credit will be issued. The store credit will be issued within 7 business days and will be valid for 12 months.

Exchanges

Shipping Returns

To return your product for exchange, you should mail your product to- 612, Suguna Upper Crest, Bangarappa Nagar main road, Gattigere, RR Nagar, Bangalore- 560098

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Delivery timeframe for Indian addresses are 3-7 days

Delivery timeframe for international orders are 7-14 days.

If you are returning an expensive item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
